   Proposal Description:
   We intend to achieve the following goals in a short term and the long run.        1. First, we will design relevant scales to measure the severity of AD            symptoms, disease progression, and/or therapy effects.                            2. Secondly we would like to study how different factors impact the progression   of AD  dementia. These factors include activities of daily living,                medications/therapies, cares, and demographics. Other factors can be included     if data is available.                                                             3. If the first goals are done successfully, we will then request more data to    expand our study. For example, we will include data related to other hallmark     changes, such as biomarkers.                                                      4. Ultimately, as a project outcome we will develop a machine learning based      website. Users can learn what impact individuals and how certain changes will     help them slow down substantially the progression of AD  dementia of their        love ones or patients who have AD  dementia.                                      Please provide us the data for us to start our exploration of the first two       tasks.
